Gasser Samy is a seasoned professional in the tech support and digital transformation sectors, currently serving as a Software Technical Support Engineer III at Instabug since March 2022. In this role, Gasser specializes in multi-channel support and troubleshooting complex mobile SDK issues, enhancing customer experiences through onboarding sessions and product demos.
