Eric Sjue

Eric Sjue is currently the Director of Design at Instant Financial. Prior to this, they were the Senior UX/UI Designer at Posude Software Solutions from July 2020 to June 2021. There, they designed a new, cohesive, and user-friendly experience for Posude's suite of software solutions.

From January 2019 to July 2020, Eric was the Director of UX Design at Careteam Technologies Inc., leading all UX design initiatives and working with stakeholders to set the design vision and execute product development efforts. Eric oversaw the entire design process from user research and sketching out of user flows to the creation of design prototypes, working closely with developers to ensure the implementation of pixel-perfect responsive experiences.

Before that, Eric was the Director of UX and Design at Instant Financial from July 2018 to December 2018. As Senior Product Designer at Avigilon from August 2015 to June 2018, they were responsible for designing intuitive and user-friendly software products. Eric began their career as a Senior User Experience Designer at Lightspeed POS from March 2013 to July 2015 before moving to Backbase in the same role from March 2012 to March 2013.

Eric Sjue's educational career began with him obtaining a BA in Media Arts from Michigan State University. Eric then went on to obtain an MS in New Media from Syracuse University.

They are on a team with Brian Yan Muk - Associate Product Manager, Kurtis Dale - Release Manager, and Julian Li - Product Analyst. A direct report to Eric Sjue is and Elizabeth Rostad - Product Designer. Eric Sjue reports to Kyle Cogger, Director of Product.
