Associate Scientist - Analytical Operations And Systems at Instil Bio

Steve Dinnogen has a diverse work experience spanning over several industries. Steve began their career in 1997 as a Research Associate at Cadus Pharmaceuticals, where they executed molecular tasks and conducted screening assays. In 1997, they also worked as a Research Associate at Ribozyme Pharmaceuticals.

From 1999 to 2003, Steve worked at BioSource International as a Research Associate II and Manufacturing Associate II. In this role, they developed assays for signal transduction proteins and led product development meetings. Steve also supervised and trained staff and wrote and revised SOPs.

In 2003, Steve joined DakoCytomation as a Research Associate II before moving to Amgen in 2005. At Amgen, they held multiple roles, including Senior Associate Scientist in Neuroscience and Clinical Immunology. In these roles, they developed and managed various assays, conducted studies, and implemented new techniques. Steve also managed phase I-III studies and maintained records for FDA compliance.

In 2018, Steve transitioned into the real estate industry, working as a Realtor at Berkshire Hathaway HomeServices California Properties. Steve focused on buyer and seller representation, market analysis, marketing, negotiation, and contract management. Steve closed over $2.3 million in sales within their first 12 months.

In 2019, Steve joined Worldwide Clinical Trials as the Business Development Director for their Bioanalysis service business. Steve was responsible for managing commercial activities in the US and other markets.

Most recently, Steve joined Instil Bio in 2021 as an Associate Scientist in Analytical Operations and Systems.

Steve Dinnogen has a Bachelor of Science degree in Pharmacology from UC Santa Barbara. Steve also has a Masters of Science degree in Biotechnology from California State University Channel Islands. Prior to these degrees, they attended San Marcos Senior High School.
