Cheryl Petersen

Cheryl P. has a diverse background in accounting and program management, currently serving as a Program Manager at the Institute for Supply Management since March 2019, while previously working as a Staff Accountant. From August 2015 to December 2018, Cheryl P. held the position of Corporate Staff Accountant at AV Homes, Inc. and also contributed as an Adjunct Instructor in Accounting Fundamentals at Gateway Community College for a short term in early 2017. Prior experience includes serving as an Auditor at the Office of the Auditor General of Arizona from July 2012 to August 2015. Cheryl P. holds a Master’s degree in Accountancy and a Bachelor of Science in Accountancy from the W. P. Carey School of Business at Arizona State University, along with educational experience at Mesa Community College, GateWay Community College, and Brigham Young University-Idaho.
