Annie O'Donnell

Annie O'Donnell currently serves as the Executive Director of Elementary Reading at Instruction Partners, a position held since October 2023. O'Donnell has operated O'Donnell Education Consulting since 2016, providing expertise to schools and organizations focused on building diverse learning communities. Previous experience includes significant roles at Teach For America from 2004 to 2016, culminating as Senior Vice President of Instructional Leadership Support, where O'Donnell enhanced instructional capacity and training programs. Earlier in the career, O'Donnell taught second grade in Baltimore City Public Schools, creating an inclusive classroom environment. Educational credentials include a Master’s degree in Teaching from The Johns Hopkins University and a Bachelor's degree in Political Science and Sociology from Vanderbilt University.
