Taina Paredes

Taina Paredes is an experienced educational leader currently serving as the Managing Director of Instructional Support at Instruction Partners since July 2022, having previously held the role of Director of Instructional Support there. Prior experience includes serving as the Director of Leadership Development at Public Prep Network and as a Master Teacher at The Equity Project (TEP) Charter School, where Taina specialized in hybrid instruction for 7th grade English and Social Studies, achieving significant reading level growth among students. Taina's earlier roles at Uncommon Schools involved facilitating professional development, curriculum development, and leading diversity, equity, and inclusion initiatives across multiple schools, resulting in improved student performance and curriculum representation. Educational credentials include a Master's in Educational Leadership and Administration from The George Washington University and participation in several leadership fellowships.
