Cynthia Martin

Cynthia Martin, CRHA, M. Sc., serves as a Principal Consultant in Human Resources at Intact since August 2022. With a robust background in HR, Cynthia has held significant roles such as HR Business Partner at The Master Group and Newtrax Technologies Inc., where responsibilities included advising management, developing performance evaluation programs, and implementing HR policies and procedures. Previous experience also encompasses working as an HR Business Partner at Atomic Fiction and as a Human Resources Consultant at VIACONSEIL, where Cynthia developed various HR tools and programs. Educational qualifications include a Master of Science in Human Resources from HEC Montréal and a Bachelor’s degree in Psychology from Université Laval.
