Mariko Traina

Mariko Traina is an experienced professional in operations and customer success, currently serving as Chief of Staff and RevOps at InTandem since October 2025, where expertise in advising high-growth companies on commercial processes and analytics is applied. Previously, Mariko held roles including VP Operations at Lux Nomads, Chief of Staff at Arteli Inc focused on customer success and operations for an AI-driven analytics platform, and Senior Manager of Customer Success at Leap, a retail network builder. Additional experience includes significant roles at Garmentier, Nordstrom Freelance, and The Black Tux, where Mariko was instrumental in process optimization, operational efficiency, and strategic partnership development. Mariko co-founded My Personal Traina Group, creating a children's enrichment program with prestigious clients, and holds an MBA from Gies College of Business at the University of Illinois Urbana-Champaign and a Bachelor's degree in Communication from Arizona State University.
