Currently serving as Chief of Staff Global Operations at Integra LifeSciences, Dan has successfully led cross-functional teams to eliminate product holds and stockouts, contributing significantly to financial recovery. Previous roles include Head of NPI Operations, where Dan drove product management and innovation, and Operational Excellence Leader at Dentsply Sirona, where initiatives resulted in substantial cost savings and operational enhancements. With a strong educational foundation in business and mathematics, Dan also held various engineering and quality-focused positions in previous companies, including GE Aviation and TTM Technologies.
