Doug is Integral Group’s first Chief Risk Officer. The creation of the CRO position is a testament to our commitment to nurturing a culture of integrity across our business.

Doug leads the development of policies and processes that help Integral Group to effectively and ethically manage business risks and meet our legal and statutory obligations. His role spans every region and all facets of our operations, harnessing his broad experience both of MEP engineering and international contracts, legal compliance, insurance, and management systems.
