Alex Marcus is the founder and CEO of Integral Recruiting Design, where they leverage over a decade of talent acquisition expertise to help organizations maximize their iCIMS investments. Since establishing IRD in 2020, Alex has empowered more than 45 organizations to transform their talent acquisition processes. Currently, they lead System Admin Insights, a community aimed at uniting HR technology system administrators for professional growth and support. Previously, Alex pursued a career as a musician in Austin, performing with notable artists and teaching violin. They hold a Master’s degree in Secondary Education from Pace University and a Bachelor’s degree in English Language and Literature from The Ohio State University.
