Melissa Kramer

Melissa Kramer, CDP, has a diverse work experience in various senior living and veterinary clinics. Melissa started their career in 2014 as a Veterinary Technician at Megan's Landing Veterinary Clinic. Melissa then worked as a Veterinary Technician at Valley Center Vet Clinic from 2016 to 2018. In 2018, they transitioned to the role of Activities Director at Villa Monticello until 2020. From 2019 to 2020, they served as a Community Relations Assistant at Merrill Gardens. In 2020, Melissa became the Sales Director at Vista Gardens Memory Care. In 2021, they worked as a Business Development Liaison at Villa Monticello and as a Director of Community Relations at Cadence Senior Living. In 2022, they joined Oakmont Senior Living as a Resident Relations Director and later transitioned to the role of Marketing Director in 2023. Currently, Melissa works as the Director of Sales and Marketing at Integral Senior Living since 2023.

Melissa Kramer, CDP, graduated from the State University of New York at Fredonia in 2010 with a Bachelor of Applied Science - BASc degree in Communication and Media Studies. Melissa also holds a High School Diploma from Churchville-Chili Senior High School, which they obtained in 2007. In 2013, Melissa obtained a certification as a Veterinarian Assistant from the Animal Behavior College. Recently, in May 2023, they became certified as a Dementia Practitioner from NCCDP.
