Gwen Lotzow

Gwen Lotzow is an experienced engineering professional with a background in leading teams within the medical device industry. Currently serving as Senior Manager of Engineering - NPI at Integer Holdings Corporation, Gwen oversees Production Support, Continuous Improvement, and New Product Introduction for various Cardio and Vascular Products. Previous roles include positions at Abbott as a Senior Manufacturing Engineer and at St. Jude Medical, where Gwen contributed to the development and production of medical devices for Atrial Fibrillation treatment. Gwen's career began with mechanical engineering roles at Lockheed Martin and Boston Scientific, providing a solid foundation in engineering practices.
