Tim Higgins

Tim Higgins is an experienced professional with a strong background in analytics, customer insights, and consultative sales across multiple industries. Currently serving as the Services Director at Intelligen, Tim has previously held significant roles such as Customer Insights & Growth Lead for Accenture in the ANZ region and Director of EYC3 Asia Pacific Advisory for EY, focusing on analytics and enterprise intelligence. Tim's tenure at IBM included various leadership positions related to consultative sales in financial solutions and cognitive solutions. Early in Tim’s career at Suncorp Group, a role as Marketing Business Systems Analyst was undertaken. Tim holds a Master of Information Technology in Business IT from the University of Southern Queensland and a Bachelor of Commerce in Commerce and IT from James Cook University.
