Lindsay Putzer

Lindsay Putzer is currently the Vice President of People & Culture at Intellimize. Prior to this, they served in the same role at Curology from January 2019 to December 2021, where they led and grew the scaling and specialization of the people and culture team. Lindsay also sat on the executive team and supported growth as Curology grew in headcount by 150%.

Putzer has extensive experience in building positive workplace cultures. During their time at Curology, they helped the company land numerous workplace accolades, including being named to the Fortune Best Workplaces for Women, Fortune Best Health Care & BioPharma, and Fortune Best Workplaces for Millennials lists. Lindsay also helped maintain a low voluntary and regrettable employee turnover while more than doubling headcount.

In addition to their work in building positive workplace cultures, Putzer has also completed and implemented scalable job architectures and leveling projects. Lindsay has also worked with CEOs and executive teams to update and implement equity refresh programs. Most recently, they led the HRIS replacement search and selection of Workday, and is currently the executive sponsor for its implementation and rollout.
