Marjolein Berends

Marjolein Berends has a diverse work experience in the language services industry. Marjolein began their career in 2014 as a Translation Coordinator at Toppan Digital Language, where they quickly moved up to become a Project Manager, responsible for managing a portfolio of small clients and overseeing the translation process from start to finish.

In 2015, Marjolein transitioned to the role of Account Manager, where they built and maintained relationships with key clients. Marjolein later advanced to the position of Key Account Manager, where they further developed their strategic account management skills.

In 2018, Marjolein took on a new challenge as an Account Director, demonstrating their leadership abilities and overseeing the overall account management for the company. Marjolein held this role until 2021 when they were promoted to Head of Service Delivery. In this position, they took ownership for the company's language service delivery, acting as a bridge between the Production and Tech Development teams.

Marjolein's most recent role, starting in June 2022, has been as Head Of Service Delivery (Solutions) at Toppan Digital Language. In this role, they continued to oversee service delivery with a focus on technology.

In 2023, Marjolein joined Intento, Inc. as a Solutions Engineer. Marjolein utilizes their language services expertise to provide solutions to clients in the EMEA region.
