Carolina Goicochea

Carolina Goicochea is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in human resources, currently serving as the HR Senior Business Partner for IDB Invest at the Inter-American Development Bank since December 2002. Carolina's career at the bank includes roles such as HR Business Partner for IDB, Human Resources Officer/Coordinator for the Young Professionals Program, and Consultant at the Office of Evaluation and Oversight. Prior to this, Carolina worked as the Assistant to the Vice-President at Intercontinental Trade Development Corp. and as a Supervisor in the Commercial Department at Petroleos del Peru – Petroperu S.A. Carolina holds an MS in Organizational Development from The Johns Hopkins University - Carey Business School and multiple degrees in Business Administration from Universidad Ricardo Palma, as well as early education at Sagrado Corazon Sophianum.
