Fabiana Longinotto

Fabiana Longinotto is a User Experience Manager at the Inter-American Development Bank, overseeing the UX team and managing complex projects across various organizational departments since June 2014. Fabiana leads the implementation of UX methodology, advocates for user-centric design, and delivers training to enhance UX understanding among stakeholders. With specialties in UX strategy, user research, and interaction design, Fabiana has previously held roles as Lead User Interface Designer and Senior User Interface Designer at Nitido, where strategic user experience for mobile and web applications was developed. Fabiana's career began in graphic design, with foundational roles at d2B Network and Arte y Diseño. Fabiana holds a Master’s degree in UX and Digital Information from Universitat Pompeu Fabra and a Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design from Universidad ORT Uruguay.
