Dan Tórfinnsson Hansen

Dan Thompson, PMP, serves as a Digital Product Manager with the Royal Canadian Navy since July 2015, focusing on Above Water Warfare projects, including shipborne missile systems and radars. Prior experience includes participation in the Joint Command Staff Program at the Canadian Forces College and roles as Tactics Officer and Operations Officer within the Royal Canadian Navy, where responsibilities included training warfare operators and managing ship operations. Dan holds a NanoDegree in AI/ML from Udacity, an Advanced Project Management Certificate from the University of Ottawa, a Master's in Defence Studies from the Canadian Forces College, and a Bachelor of Physical Education and Recreation from the University of New Brunswick.
