Charlotte Decosmo

Charlotte DeCosmo has a diverse work experience spanning different industries and roles. Charlotte currently works at Intercept Pharmaceuticals as a Manager- PV Training Compliance & KPIs, where they are responsible for developing, enhancing, and training for compliance and quality systems in medical safety and pharmacovigilance. Their role also involves managing key performance indicators for adverse event reporting and document lifecycle management.

Prior to their current role, Charlotte worked at C3i Solutions from 2013 to 2021. During their time there, they held the position of Manager, Training and Quality Assurance from June 2014 to November 2021. Charlotte was also a Corporate Trainer from December 2013 to June 2014.

Before their tenure at C3i Solutions, Charlotte worked at Keystone Automotive Operations as a Sales- Lead Trainer from August 2010 to December 2013. Charlotte also worked at Outback Steakhouse as a Server- Lead Trainer from February 2003 to August 2009.

Early in their career, Charlotte worked as an Environmental Scientist at Quad3 Group, Inc. from June 2007 to January 2009.

Charlotte DeCosmo completed their undergraduate education at the University of Scranton from 2002 to 2007, earning a Bachelor of Science (BS) degree in Environmental Science. In 2008 and 2009, they attended King's College, where they obtained a Secondary Science Teaching Certification in Secondary Education and Teaching, Science. In addition to their formal education, Charlotte has also obtained certifications in Drug Safety Regulatory Requirements from Grupo Dia in April 2023, and in Safety Audits and Inspections from DIA Group in January 2022.
