Anna Griffin is a highly accomplished marketing executive with over 15 years of experience leading global marketing teams for major tech companies. Anna is currently the Chief Marketing Officer at Intercom, a position they have held since November 2020.

Previously, Anna served as the Chief Marketing Officer for Smartsheet from May 2019 to October 2021. During their time at Smartsheet, they were responsible for evolving and building the company's brand. Prior to that, they were the Chief Marketing Officer for IEX Group, Inc. from December 2018 to April 2019.

Before joining IEX Group, Anna spent four years as the Senior Vice President of Corporate Marketing at CA Technologies, where they oversaw all aspects of the company's marketing initiatives. Prior to CA Technologies, they served as the Vice President of Global Marketing at Juniper Networks from May 2009 to April 2014.

Anna began their career in marketing as the Director of Global Branding and Advertising at Nortel in June 2006. Anna later became the Vice President Account Director at McKinney and Silver/Lands End in January 2003.

Throughout their career, Anna has been recognized for their ability to build and lead high-performing marketing teams that deliver results. Anna is a strategic thinker with a track record of developing innovative marketing plans that drive growth and brand awareness. Anna Griffin graduated from East Carolina University with a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration with a concentration in marketing.
