Timothy J. Bowler

President, ICE Mortgage Technology at ICE

Timothy J. Bowler is President of ICE Mortgage Technology, the leading digital mortgage technology platform and a wholly-owned subsidiary of Intercontinental Exchange, Inc. (ICE: NYSE). Most recently, Bowler was President of ICE Benchmark Administration, administrators of robust regulatory and governance frameworks with advanced technology to bring credibility and trust to globally important benchmarks.

Prior to joining ICE in 2017, Bowler was a managing director in the Financial Institutions Group at Goldman Sachs. He previously served at the U.S. Treasury, where he was Counselor to then-Treasury Secretary Jack Lew as well as Acting Assistant Secretary for Financial Stability and Deputy Assistant Secretary for the Office of Capital Markets. Before joining the U.S. Treasury, Bowler held positions in capital markets and risk management at Goldman Sachs and JPMorgan.

Bowler earned a Bachelor of Science degree with a concentration in Finance from the College of William and Mary.
