William Rucker

William Rucker is an experienced leader in finance and corporate governance, currently serving as Chairman at Intermediate Capital Group and the UK Dementia Research Institute. Their tenure includes a significant role as CEO of Lazard UK from 1987 to 2023, alongside various chairman positions at BizSpace Ltd, Crest Nicholson plc, NEWBRIDGE CARE SYSTEMS LIMITED, and Quintain. Rucker has also contributed as a Non-Executive Director at Rentokil Initial and began their career as an Accountant at Arthur Andersen. Educationally, Rucker holds a Bachelor of Science in Economics & Politics from the University of Bristol and completed an Advanced Management Program at Harvard Business School.
