Julia Shaw

Julia Shaw has extensive experience in portfolio and project management, currently serving as Global Team Leader for the Portfolio and Project Management Office at International Flavors & Fragrances since February 2021. Prior to this role, Julia held similar positions at DuPont Nutrition & Biosciences and DuPont Crop Protection, where responsibilities included managing global demand and leading marketing initiatives. Julia's career began with DuPont, where contributions to marketing consultancy and project leadership were emphasized. Julia holds an M.B.A. from the Alfred Lerner College of Business & Economics at the University of Delaware and a Bachelor’s Degree in Mechanical Engineering from Penn State University.
