Lynn Broderick

Lynn Broderick is an accomplished Automation & Process Control Engineer II at IFF since February 2021, specializing in process modeling and providing company-wide plant support for process and automation needs. Previous roles include Automation & Process Control Engineer, Research Associate II at DuPont focused on fermentation engineering and project leadership, and adjunct instructor at Wilmington University teaching various science courses. Lynn's extensive experience in laboratory support and technology transfer is complemented by a strong academic background, holding a Master of Science in Biotechnology from The Johns Hopkins University and dual bachelor’s degrees in Biological Sciences and Music from Rowan University. Additionally, Lynn has performed as a freelance harpist for private and public events from 2011 to 2019.
