Manon Carpentier

Manon Carpentier is an experienced fragrance development manager currently working at IFF since May 2025, specializing in the beauty care sector. Prior to this role, Manon served as a fragrance development manager at Symrise AG from February 2021 to May 2025, where responsibilities included overseeing the beauty care category. Earlier experience at Symrise AG included positions as a junior fragrance evaluator in the beauty care body wash category and the skincare and deodorant category.
