Beatrice Basham

Beatrice Basham is an experienced HRD Learning Management System Consultant at the International Fund for Agricultural Development (IFAD), focusing on corporate training and e-learning module management since January 2022. Previously, Beatrice worked as an ERP HR Consultant at the International Development Law Organization (IDLO), where support was provided for HR system implementation. Additional experience includes voluntary assistant roles at the World Food Programme, contributing to legal and HR operations, and an HRD internship at IFAD that involved organizing learning and development activities. Beatrice holds a Laurea Magistrale in International Relations and a Laurea triennale in Political Science and International Relations from Sapienza Università di Roma.
