Chuck Downs is the Director of Marketing Strategy & Operations at (ISC)². Chuck has over 15 years of experience in marketing, communications, and creative services.

Downs began their career as a Senior Manager, Corporate Communications & Creative Services at Tech Data in January 2005. Chuck was promoted to Vice President, Marketing at Lifestyle Family Fitness in October 2009 and served in that role for three years before joining Cox Target Media as their Senior Director of Marketing Communications in November 2012.

At Cox, Downs led a team of creatives, content marketers, event and experiential marketers, and digital advertisers. In April 2017, they joined the USF Digital Marketing Advisory Board where they helped preserve and enhance the reputation of the school through strategic review of credit and noncredit programs. Chuck left Cox in January 2018 to join (ISC)² as their Director of Marketing Strategy & Operations.

Chuck Downs has a Bachelor of Arts in Mass Communications from Milligan University.

Chuck Downs reports to Wesley Simpson, COO. They are on a team with Tim Campo - Director, Security, Clayton Jones - Managing Director, Asia-Pacific, and Debra Taylor - CFO.
