Mahsin Hamuda

Mahsin Hamuda is a seasoned professional in project planning, monitoring, and evaluation, currently serving as a National Programme Officer at the International Labour Organization since June 2022. With a robust background that includes roles such as Monitoring & Evaluation Officer at UNDP and Palli Karma-Sahayak Foundation, Mahsin has developed frameworks for project monitoring and evaluation, prepared detailed reports, and ensured compliance with project standards. Additionally, experience spans positions at The Leprosy Mission International and USC Canada, where Mahsin focused on building monitoring systems, conducting assessments, and supporting teams in documentation and data quality assurance. Academic qualifications include a Bachelor's degree in Geography & Environment from the University of Dhaka and two Master's degrees in Development Studies and Geography & Environment from East West University and the University of Dhaka, respectively.
