Iva Petrova

Iva Petrova currently serves as Division Chief and Mission Chief for Armenia at the International Monetary Fund, a position held since June 2004. Previously, Iva has acted as Deputy Division Chief and Mission Chief for Israel, Iceland, and Latvia, as well as holding roles as Senior Economist and Economist within the same organization. Prior to this, Iva worked as a Specialist at the Bulgarian National Bank from January 1997 to August 1998. Iva's academic credentials include a Ph.D. in Economics and an M.Sc. in Statistics from Michigan State University, as well as a B.A. in Macroeconomics from the University of National and World Economy.
