María Violeta Bertolini

María Violeta Bertolini is a Knowledge Management Officer at the Fondo Monetario Internacional since September 2023, where responsibilities include planning and executing strategic knowledge management initiatives. Previously, at FMO - Dutch entrepreneurial development bank, María Violeta led the Customer Disclosure and Transparency Initiative and contributed significantly to the development of a new Knowledge Management function. María Violeta's experience also encompasses roles at the International Federation of Library Associations and Institutions, focusing on communications and advocacy, and positions within the Felipe Herrera Library, where knowledge management and library services were highlighted. Educational qualifications include a Master in Management of Institutional Communications and a Bachelor in Library and Information Science.
