Jay Fowler

Jay Fowler is an experienced business leader with a strong background in manufacturing and strategic management. Currently serving as Vice President of Business Excellence at International Paper since September 2012, Jay has held multiple roles including Marketing Director and Complex General Manager, focusing on improving operational metrics, safety, and employee engagement. Prior to this, Jay worked at ARAUCO - North America (Flakeboard) from August 2008 to September 2012 in roles such as Enterprise Systems and Corporate Analysis Manager and Mill Manager. Jay holds an M.B.A. from the University of Central Arkansas and a Bachelor's degree in Finance from Louisiana Tech University.
