Rachel SAINT JULIEN

Rachel Saint Julien is currently an Executive Assistant at Leo Realty and a Senior Program Associate at the International Republican Institute, where they engage with civil society organizations and train on various public issues. Since 2016, they have served as an Executive Assistant for the American Red Cross, coordinating administrative tasks and supporting program managers. Prior to that, Rachel held roles as an Administrative Assistant at CFI Haïti and a Finance Assistant with International Medical Corps, contributing to both finance and administrative operations. They have also been involved as a Program Officer with USAID/Chemonics International since 2013, focusing on contract management and project oversight.
