Natalie Swan

Natalie Swan currently serves as the Director of Women Transport Workers & Gender Equality at the International Transport Workers' Federation (ITF) since October 2025. Prior to this role, Natalie held various positions, including Co-Head of Labour Rights and Labour Rights Programme Manager at the Business & Human Rights Resource Centre from March 2022 to October 2025. Additional experience includes positions at Partner Africa, IWGB, United Voices of the World, UNI Europa, the National Union of Students (UK), the Association of Teachers and Lecturers, and Amnesty International. Natalie holds multiple educational qualifications, including a Master of Science in Globalisation and Development from SOAS University of London and a Bachelor of Arts in History from King's College London, as well as certifications in facilitation and yoga teacher training.
