Tiffanie Francillon

Tiffanie Francillon is the VP of Human Resources at ISG. She is responsible for developing and executing human resource strategy in support of the overall business plan and strategic direction of ISG, specifically in the areas of succession planning, talent management, change management, organizational and performance management, training and development, and compensation. Tiffanie provides strategic leadership by articulating HR needs and plans to the executive management team and CEO.

Tiffanie’s professional career in HR began in 2007 as a Corporate HR Generalist for a national healthcare organization. In 2012, Tiffanie joined ISG as a Senior HR Generalist, then went on to become HR Manager, Director of HR, and now VP of HR. As VP, Tiffanie ensures her team stands on the values of honesty, integrity, trust, teamwork, service, change and innovation, people championing, leadership, and growth.

Tiffanie received a Master of Science in Employment Law degree and a Bachelor of Science in Business/HR Management degree from Nova Southeastern University. Throughout her career, she has received several accolades including an “Excellence in HR Award,” given by the South Florida Business & Wealth magazine.
