Channing Martin is IPG’s Global Chief Diversity and Social Impact Officer. In this role, Martin is responsible for advancing IPG’s diversity, equity and inclusion objectives and continuing to strengthen the company’s progress to being one of the world’s most diverse and inclusive companies.

Reporting to the CEO, Martin leads IPG’s strategy on all diversity-related matters, including the continued diversification of IPG’s senior ranks and talent pipeline, collaboration and partnership with IPG’s full network of agency brands, CEOs and DE&I leadership community. In her role, Martin also supports the advancement of social impact strategies and practices in partnership with the leadership of IPG’s integrated ESG team.

Prior to joining IPG, Martin was Chief Diversity and Social Responsibility Officer of CSG, a global provider of consumer engagement and digital experience solutions. In this role, Martin worked across the company to promote and build effective strategies for equity, diversity and inclusion. She was also responsible for environmental, societal and governance (ESG) initiatives, recommending investments, activities and programs focused on sustainable, socially aware business practices that incorporate diverse people and perspectives, voices and ideas.

Martin previously held the positions of Diversity and Inclusion Manager at the Federal Reserve Bank of Chicago and Diversity Lead and Strategic Planner for the [U.S. Department of State](/org/department-of-state) and the Diversity Recruitment and Assessment Manager for the [U.S. Office of Personnel Management](/org/us-office-of-personnel-management).

Throughout her career, Martin has developed and executed measurable diversity initiatives that amplify employee voices, built diverse pipelines of talent, mitigated bias in hiring and performance reviews and strengthened community partnerships to reach new audiences.

Martin holds a B.A. in Economics from the [University of Pittsburgh](/org/university-of-pittsburgh) and an M.S. in Public Policy and Management from Heinz College at Carnegie-Mellon University.

Channing Martin

Jeriad leads IPG’s commerce strategy across the portfolio, overseeing a comprehensive and cohesive approach to commerce, including investments, partner development, design, and go-to-market strategy.

Reporting to the CEO, Jeriad is responsible for coordinating IPG’s system-wide approach by working with key agency and client business leaders to orchestrate how the company supports clients as they connect commerce solutions to the full breadth of their marketing programs.

Jeriad joined IPG from Accenture, where he was the Global Lead for Omni-Channel Commerce, leading strategy for their digital commerce program to help companies transform their enterprise and grow digital sales. As one of the original leaders of the Accenture Interactive agency, Jeriad launched its global personalization practice to help clients use data and insights to drive greater personalization and higher performance in their commerce experiences. The innovations generated by the practice led to him being named an AdAge Marketing Technology Trailblazer in 2017 and resulted in some of the agency’s most iconic work.

Jeriad received his Ph.D. and MS degrees in Operations Research from the University of Texas at Austin and has a BS degree in Applied Mathematics from Texas A&M University.

Philippe Krakowsky is Chief Executive Officer of IPG, a role he assumed on January 1, 2021. He is also a member of IPG’s Board of Directors.

Prior to being named IPG’s CEO, Philippe was the company’s Chief Operating Officer, managing business operations across all of Interpublic, with direct oversight of IPG’s independent companies [Acxiom](/org/acxiom-corp), [Carmichael Lynch](/org/carmichael-lynch), Deutsch, [Hill Holliday](/org/hill-holliday), [Huge](/org/huge), [Kinesso](/org/kinesso), [Matterkind](/org/matterkind) and [R/GA](/org/rga). During that time, Philippe was also Chairman of [IPG Mediabrands](/org/ipg-mediabrands). Over the course of his nearly two-decade tenure at IPG, Philippe has also led the strategy, talent, communications and business development functions for the holding company.

On January 1, 2020, Ellen Johnson became Executive Vice President and Chief Financial Officer of IPG.  In this role, she has direct management responsibility for all areas of Global Finance, Information Technology and Investor Relations.

Before becoming CFO, Ellen Johnson was Senior Vice President of Finance and Treasurer of IPG, with direct responsibility for Treasury, Corporate Development and Financial Planning and Analysis, managing the company’s liquidity and capital structure, as well as handling its relationships with banks and rating agencies. She also oversees the mergers and acquisition function as well as the short and long-term budgeting, forecasting and worldwide financial planning.

Under Ellen’s leadership, IPG has transformed its balance sheet and has increased the strength of its financial position, including achieving investment-grade credit ratings. She helped initiate IPG’s return of capital programs in 2011. Since that time, the company has returned $3.6 billion to shareholders in dividends and share repurchases.

Joe Kelly is SVP/Talent for [Interpublic Group](/org/interpublic-group) (NYSE: IPG). In this role, He works with the senior corporate team and his colleagues within the agencies to assess needs, ensure top talent is in place and further enhance the systems that the company has created to support its talent initiatives.

Kelly joined Interpublic in 2015 from [McCann Worldgroup](/org/mccann-worldgroup) where he was Chief Talent Officer, after serving a similar role at [Interpublic Group](/org/interpublic-group)’s Mediabrands.

At [McCann Worldgroup](/org/mccann-worldgroup), his responsibilities included global recruitment, career development, compensation, and acting as a steward of organizational culture and collaborative vision, including overseeing HFD, Worldgroup’s global training and development program, arguably the most sophisticated in the industry.

Andrew Bonzani is Executive Vice President, General Counsel at IPG. In his role as General Counsel, Andrew is responsible for the oversight of legal matters affecting the Company and its businesses.

Andrew has extensive experience in corporate management, having served with IBM for 18 years, most recently as Vice President, Assistant General Counsel and Secretary. Bonzani began his career as an Associate with Willkie Farr & Gallagher in New York. He is a graduate of [Binghamton University](/org/binghamton-university) and St. John’s University School of Law where he served on the Law Review.

Rick Weber is the SVP, Chief Commercial Officer at [Interpublic Group](/org/interpublic-group). Rick has over 25 years of experience in finance and operations, including director-level positions at FCB Global and [McCann Worldgroup](/org/mccann-worldgroup). Rick began their career at Young & Rubicam in 1991, where they held various finance and operations positions before becoming SVP Business Affairs in 2000. Rick then moved to Euro RSCG Healthcare as Global CFO in 2000 and then to Euro RSCG (now [Havas](/org/havas)) as CFO Global Brands in 2004. In 2005, they joined [McCann Worldgroup](/org/mccann-worldgroup) as SVP Global Clients Finance, and in 2008 they became Director of Finance Operations at FCB Global. Rick has a proven track record of success in finance and operations, and they are a valuable asset to [Interpublic Group](/org/interpublic-group).

Rick Weber attended Regis High School for their high school education. Rick then went on to study history at [Williams College](/org/williams-college), before completing their MBA in finance and international business at Columbia Business School.

Christopher Carroll is currently the Senior Vice President, Controller, and Chief Accounting Officer at [Interpublic Group](/org/interpublic-group). Prior to this role, they served as the Senior Vice President Controller at Eyetech Pharmaceuticals from August 2003 to September 2005 and as Chief Accounting Officer at [Avaya](/org/avaya) from January 2000 to December 2003. Christopher began their career at PwC as a Senior Audit Manager in September 1991 and stayed with the company for nearly ten years before moving to [Avaya](/org/avaya).

Christopher Carroll received their Bachelor's degree in Accounting and Finance from St. Francis College. Christopher then went on to earn their Certified Public Accountant certification from [Fordham University](/org/fordham-university).

Their manager is Ellen Johnson, CFO. They work with Irene Whyte - SVP, FP&A & Corporate Development, Jerome J. Leshne - SVP, Investor Relations, and Ellen T. Johnson - SVP, Finance & Treasurer.

Anthony G. Alexandrou is the current Senior Vice President of Global Taxation at [Interpublic Group](/org/interpublic-group). Prior to this, they were a partner at [KPMG](/org/kpmg) from January 1989 to December 2006. Anthony specialized in international tax and was the Northeast PIC International Tax Partner.

Jonathan Miller is the Chief Executive Officer of Integrated Media Co., a special-purpose digital media investment company. Prior to that time he was a partner of Advancit Capital, LLC, a venture capital investment fund, from July 2013 through January 2018. He was the Chairman and Chief Executive of News Corporation’s digital media group and News Corporation’s Chief Digital Officer from April 2009 until October 2012. Miller had previously been a founding partner of Velocity Interactive Group (Velocity), an investment firm focusing on digital media and the consumer internet, from its inception in February 2007 until April 2009.

Prior to founding Velocity, Miller served as Chief Executive Officer of AOL LLC (AOL) from August 2002 to December 2006. Prior to joining AOL, he served as Chief Executive Officer and President of USA Information and Services, of USA Interactive, a predecessor to IAC/InterActiveCorp (IAC). Miller also served as a director of Ticketmaster Entertainment, Inc., from August 2008 until January 2010, and as a director of Live Nation Entertainment, Inc., from January 2010 through April 2011. Miller’s other board memberships include Akamai Technologies, Inc., AMC Networks, Inc. and J2 Global, Inc.

Miller has been a director of Interpublic since 2015.

Simon Bond is SVP, Chief Growth Officer for [Interpublic Group](/org/interpublic-group) (NYSE: IPG).

Bond is responsible for driving Interpublic’s growth initiatives across the network, reporting to Philippe Krakowsky, EVP, Chief Strategy and Talent Officer.

Bond is a new business veteran, having nearly two decades of experience driving marked business growth for agencies across the globe. He has a deep understanding of both the current media environment and all its marketing channels.

Bond joined IPG from [BBDO](/org/bbdo), where he worked for seventeen years in various posts, most recently as the agency’s Global Chief Marketing Officer. He spent more than 10 years helping the agency’s network build out its digital operations across Europe, MENA and Asia Pacific, and also created their digital innovation practice called the Digital Lab.

Simon is a graduate of [Oxford Brookes University](/org/oxford-brookes-university), where he received a BA Honours Degree in European Business. In 2013, he was named to Advertising Age 40 Under 40.

As the Director at [Interpublic Group](/org/interpublic-group), Hudson is responsible for overseeing all aspects of IPG's businesses. This includes working with IPG's clients, agencies, and other partners to drive growth and profitability. Hudson has been with IPG for over 20 years and has held various positions within the company.

Patricia Hinerman is the current Chief Information Officer at [Interpublic Group](/org/interpublic-group). Prior to this, they held the position of IT Director - Finance Systems at Covance Inc from July 2007 to November 2008. In this role, they were accountable for the delivery of a global, enterprise-wide PeopleSoft financials implementation, which included 12 modules across finance, supply chain and project accounting & billing. This implementation also included over 200 reports, 75 interfaces, 60 data conversions, 100 batch jobs/schedule, and security. Hinerman was also responsible for managing the relationship with the 3rd Party integration solution partner and supervised IT staff, which included DBAs, PeopleSoft administrators, and developers (on & off-shore). In addition to this, they were responsible for delivering the pre-production and production infrastructure environments (servers, licensing, data center readiness, desktop readiness, disaster recovery, etc.) and also managed a multi-million dollar program budget for IT labor, infrastructure & software purchasing.

Jemma Gould is Vice President, Chief Sustainability Officer at IPG, one of the world’s leading providers of advertising and marketing services. In this role, she is responsible for the company’s global corporate responsibility and sustainability programs including ensuring compliance with reporting standards such as the Global Reporting Initiative (GRI), Sustainability Accounting Standards Board (SASB) and the Task Force on Climate-Related Financial Disclosures.

Jemma has been with IPG for nearly two decades, prior to which she was with Young & Rubicam as the agency’s Director of Internal Communications. She began her career in the not-for-profit sector, working with the Business Committee for the Arts, an organization founded by David Rockefeller to encourage business support of the arts.

Under Jemma’s leadership, IPG has received several recognitions for its ESG initiatives. These include two years as the only advertising holding company headquartered in North America on the Dow Jones Sustainability Index (DJSI) North America, and inclusion on the S&P 500 ESG and the S&P Global 1200 ESG, S&P indices that recognize companies’ work on ESG initiatives. IPG is also included on the FTSE4Good Index, which identifies businesses that demonstrate strong ESG practices measured against international standards. In 2022, IPG was named to Newsweek’s list of “America’s Most Responsible Companies 2022” and the Forbes and Statista list of “America’s Best Employers 2022.”

Jemma holds a Bachelor of Arts in Sociology from Binghamton University and a Certificate in Corporate Citizenship Management from Carroll School of Management at Boston College. She is a member of the Advisory Board of ACT Responsible, an NGO which unites the marketing communication industry to share best practices on social responsibility and sustainable development. She is also a member of the 4As Sustainability Task Force and the Ad Net Zero Steering Committee. She is a judge for the 4As 2022 Jay Chiat Awards in the Sustainability Strategy category.

Jemma Gould

Irene Whyte is Senior Vice President, Financial Planning & Analysis and Corporate Development of IPG. Irene is responsible for managing the short and long-term budgeting, forecasting, and worldwide financial planning and incentives function, as well as overseeing IPG’s mergers and acquisitions.

Irene has extensive experience executing mergers, acquisitions, divestitures, minority investments, and joint ventures across the globe. She partners closely with the management teams of IPG’s agencies to help them achieve their business objectives through strategic transactions. Irene has led cross-border negotiations completing transactions in the U.S., Europe, Latin America, Africa, and Asia. Since joining IPG in 2011, Irene has closed over 50 transactions.

In 2018, Irene was part of IPG’s deal team tasked with executing the acquisition of [Acxiom](/org/acxiom-corp) for $2.3 billion and is also responsible for leading the back office integration efforts. Subsequently, Irene managed the operational launch of [Kinesso](/org/kinesso) and [Matterkind](/org/matterkind).

Prior to joining IPG, Irene spent five years in the private equity industry. As a Senior Associate at [LLR Partners](/org/llr-partners), she focused on growth equity investments in the business and consumer services sectors. Irene worked at [General Atlantic](/org/general-atlantic) where she focused on investments in the media, marketing, and telecommunications space. Irene began her career at [Deutsche Bank](/org/deutsche-bank).

Ken Lareau is IPG’s SVP, Global Executive Compensation and Benefits. In this role, Ken is responsible for the design and administration of the global network’s short-term and long-term incentive plans and corporate governance activities, including support of the Compensation and Leadership Talent Committee of IPG’s Board of Directors. He also oversees network-wide compensation projects and collaborates with agency leadership to address executive compensation issues. Ken is also responsible for the assessment, design, and administration of IPG’s health and wellness (benefits) programs as well as IPG’s savings plan.

Ken started his tenure with IPG in 2005 at Draftfcb, focusing on broad-based compensation. After spending 4 years at the agency level, he joined IPG Corporate in 2009 as Director of Global Executive Compensation, shifting his focus to executive compensation and incentive design. In 2014, Ken added benefits to his remit and now oversees the Global Executive Compensation and Global Benefits functions for IPG’s network of agencies.

Ms. Ms. Carter-Miller is President of TechEdVentures, a community empowerment firm that educates and inspires children, families, and the broader community through the development and management of charter schools, community-based programs, and other enterprises. Using state-of-the-art business strategies, technology resources and creative partnerships, TechEdVentures provides operations management, program development, marketing, training, and community relationship building to develop the enterprises that promote community and economic renewal. TechEdVentures enterprises include Smart School Charter Middle School, Smart School Institute of Technology and Commerce (high school), Eagle Charter Academy, Community Learning Center, First Tee of Lauderhill (golf and character-building program) and Rapid Refill Ink.

She has an MBA degree from the University of Chicago, a BS in Accounting from the University of Illinois and is a CPA. She serves on the Board of Directors of the Coral Springs Museum of Art and is a former board member of the [Association of National Advertisers](/org/association-of-national-advertisers), the University of Chicago Women’s Business Advisory Group, and the Urban League of Broward County.

She is a member of the Board of Directors of Arlo Technologies, Inc. and The Principal Financial Group, Inc.
