David Lukens

As Vice President of Underwriting for Michaels Development Affordable, David (Dave) Lukens is responsible for the standardization of Michaels’ proprietary integrated underwriting model. Dave coordinates with the DealPath reporting platforms, approves all underwriting for potential projects and acts as the liaison between developers and the CFO to maximize efficiencies during the closing process. Mr. Lukens also provides training of LIHTC project underwriting to all development personnel.
