Scott Cooper

Scott D. Cooper numerous years of real estate development and finance experience, including the development of large-sacle mixed-use multi-family projects. Scott oversees all aspects of the development process including project feasibility, financing, closings and entitlements; working closely with the A&E teams and general contractors. His work largerly focuses on market-rate multi-family development projects throughout California.
