Sławomir Kupczyk

Sławomir Kupczyk is the SVP & Chief Operating Officer at intive. Sławomir has over 25 years of experience in the IT industry, having held various leadership positions at some of the world's largest companies.

Sławomir started their career as a SAP Consultant at Nova Consulting in 1998. Sławomir then moved to DaimlerChrysler as a researcher in 1995. In 2000, they became the Director of Information Systems Department at debis IT Services Polska.

Sławomir joined T-Systems in 2003 as VP Operations and Member of the Management Board at T-Systems do Brasil. Sławomir then became Vice President Delivery at T-Systems Japan in 2013. In 2014, they were promoted to Vice President Point of Production at T-Systems CIS. In 2015, they became Managing Director/VP Delivery at T-Systems Singapore.

Most recently, Sławomir was Regional Delivery Director in Central & Eastern Europe at Hewlett Packard Enterprise from 2016 to 2017.

Sławomir Kupczyk has a IXMBA from IE Business School in Business Administration and Management, General. Sławomir also has a Master's in Computer Science from Technische Universität Berlin and a Master's in Electronics from Wroclaw University of Science and Technology.
