Sadiya Afrin

Sadiya Afrin is a Technical Support Advisor at IntouchCX, holding this position since August 2025. Previously, Sadiya worked as a Graduate Teaching Assistant at Ontario Tech University from September 2023 to April 2025, teaching various courses in computer graphics, introductory calculus, object-oriented programming, and programming for games, while also conducting tutorial sessions and assessing student work. Prior to this, Sadiya was a Student and Teaching Assistant at BRAC University from January 2019 to October 2022, providing tutoring support for linear algebra and physics courses and evaluating student submissions. Additionally, Sadiya served as a SOC Analyst at Enosis Solutions from January 2021 to January 2022. Sadiya holds a Master's degree in Information Technology Security from Ontario Tech University, which started in September 2023, following a Bachelor's degree in Computer Science from BRAC University, completed in October 2022.
