Pieter Rottiers

Dr. Pieter Rottiers serves as CEO of Precigen ActoBio. Dr. Rottiers is an entrepreneurial leader with extensive experience in drug discovery and development using the ActoBiotics® platform, including more than 15 years of leadership and managerial experience in the biopharma industry. Dr. Rottiers has held several R&D and executive management roles at ActoGeniX and Intrexon Corporation, and progressed four ActoBiotics products from discovery research into clinical trials. Dr. Rottiers received his PhD in Biotechnology from the University of Ghent, Belgium.
