Brendon Skila

Brendon Skila has extensive experience in operational management and pricing strategies within the debt recovery and financial services sectors. Currently serving as Head of Operations at Intrum since December 2022, Brendon previously held the position of Head of Operations & Pricing at Debt Managers (Services) Ltd from September 2018 to January 2023, and Head of UK Pricing at Intrum for a brief period in 2018. Prior to these roles, Brendon was Head of Pricing at 1st Credit from January 2012 to September 2018, overseeing pricing projects related to non and semi-performing debt portfolios in the UK. Brendon's career also includes significant positions at Citi as Head of Recoveries and UK Asset Sale Manager, focusing on debt recovery strategies and asset sales. Early in the career, Brendon worked as DCA Manager at TDX Group and as a Credit Policy Analyst at Egg. Education was completed at The Bolsover School between 1988 and 1993.
