Maria Wathne

Maria Wathne has extensive experience in business development and project management, currently serving as the Head of Business Development & PMO at Intrum since August 2018. Wathne has held various significant roles within the company, including Head of Bid & Pricing for Northern Europe and Head of Sales Excellence for Scandinavia. Responsibilities have included overseeing tender processes, implementing customer relationship management best practices, and leading strategic initiatives for long-term client value. Prior to Intrum, Wathne worked at Easybank ASA as a Customer Advisor and held positions in consulting and sales at Galant Inkasso AS and Christiania Glasmagasin. Wathne's educational background includes a Master of Science in Finance and a Bachelor's degree in International Business from OsloMet – Oslo Metropolitan University.
