Dion M. Spencer

Dion M. Spencer, Esq. currently serves as the Director of Corporate Affairs and Government Relations at Intuit, contributing to the development and expansion of the Federal Government Relations program with a focus on financial services. Prior to this role, Spencer was involved in Congressional Affairs at the Federal Housing Finance Agency, liaising with Congress and industry stakeholders on housing finance matters. Experience also includes serving as the Director of Legislative Affairs at the Mortgage Bankers Association, where engagement with Congress focused on housing finance issues, and as Legislative Director at the National Community Reinvestment Coalition. Spencer's career began at HSBC as a Federal Lobbyist and Vice President of Community Affairs. Spencer holds a Doctor of Law (J.D.) from Notre Dame Law School and a Bachelor of Science and Bachelor of Arts from Western Michigan University in Political Science and Government.
