Wendy Strohm

Wendy Strohm has extensive experience in coaching, supervision, and HR consultancy, currently serving as NED at WSA Coaching since March 1995. Wendy holds various leadership positions including Chair of the Board at South East Coaching Group and Global Accreditation Manager at EMCC Global. Additionally, Wendy is a Practitioner with Investors in People and has held multiple roles at CIPD, such as Experience Assessor and Consultant. Other positions include Quality Director at Accredited Training International, Senior Consultant and C&M Lead at Cullen Scholefield, and Training Specialist at City Mental Health Alliance. Wendy’s educational qualifications include advanced diplomas in coaching and leadership, an MA in Human Resource Management, and certifications in psychometrics and Neuro Linguistic Programming.
