You manage your funnels with intensity, understanding the key levers to optimizing and accelerating improvements in performance. You are technologically savvy, taking advantage of new martech tools, yet you test practically to avoid the mistakes of blindly adopting the latest shiny object. You cultivate a growth mindset, helping your teams to ask the right questions, challenge assumptions, develop hypotheses, and continuously improve operations. 

What You’ll Be Doing:

As the Vice President of Marketing you will grow and lead our global marketing team across all marketing-related activities, including but not limited to digital marketing, event strategy, product go-to-market, customer marketing, and channel marketing. You will lead your team to bring new products to market, develop go-to-market strategies, and execute tactics to meet new inbound, outbound, channel, and expansion pipeline goals. You will cultivate a growth mindset in the marketing team, helping them to ask the right questions, challenge assumptions, develop hypotheses, and continuously improve operations. 

  • Taking ownership and accountability for all marketing deliverables and outcomes, including lead generation/maturation, sales collateral, conference/event planning, SEM/SEO, email campaigns, etc
  • Own the inbound, outbound, expansion, and channel funnels, tracking, analyzing, and optimizing performance at each stage
  • Lead our current marketing team and hire, train, manage, and lead all future marketing team members
  • Build and optimize martech systems to enhance effectiveness and performance
  • Drive marketing outcomes by increasing high-value leads and discovery calls through a variety of channels.
  • Expand the companies, markets, and verticals attracted to the product through strategic use of marketing channels and messaging.

What You’ll Ideally Need: 

  • 10+ years’ experience scaling mature marketing departments and accelerating a company's ability to grow across a variety of markets. 
  • Demonstrated ability to scale marketing in B2B SaaS companies from $100M+
  • Metrics-driven leadership: ability to set clear goals and drive accountability
  • Rigorous attention and management of the levers that impact the inbound, outbound, expansion, and channel funnels
  • Expertise in performance marketing, demand generation, and product marketing
  • Success in building a high performing, inbound-oriented GTM organizations augmented with effective & expand strategies
  • Experience in orchestrating and executing channel marketing 
  • Global mindset with experience in a multinational environment and collaboration between local and global teams
  • 5+ years in the security industry (application/web security a plus)
