Amanda van Winkle

Amanda Van Winkle is an accomplished professional with extensive experience in human resources and business strategy. Currently serving as Vice President of Total Rewards and HR Operations at Invitation Homes since October 2016, Amanda leads the development and analysis of competitive compensation and benefits programs while overseeing HRIS and payroll functions. Prior to this role, Amanda held multiple positions at Morgan Stanley from November 2009 to August 2016, including Director of Business Strategy and Senior Manager of Investor Relations, where responsibilities encompassed managing investor relations, drafting earnings call scripts, and developing strategic presentations. Amanda began a career at Credit Suisse as an intern, focusing on alternative investments and operational efficiency. Amanda earned a Bachelor's degree in Finance from Michigan State University's Eli Broad College of Business in 2009.
