Jerry Mosley

Jerry Mosley is a seasoned real estate professional with extensive experience in investment, development, and management. As a Co-Founder of River Rock Capital Partners since 2010, Jerry has played a key role in investing over $650 million in single-family residential properties across the Southeast. Additionally, Jerry serves as Regional President at Invitation Homes, contributing to the deployment of over $14 billion for the purchase and management of more than 80,000 homes nationwide. Other ventures include co-founding Dalton Building Group to meet the needs of institutional investors, and Looking Glass Investment Technologies, which utilizes AI for real estate investment analysis. Jerry also led R2 Residential as Co-Founder and CEO, overseeing the acquisition and management of over 26,000 homes worth $4 billion. Prior to these roles, Jerry founded Mosley Companies, achieving significant success in real estate brokerage, management, and development, with transactions exceeding $300 million. Jerry holds a Bachelor's Degree in Marketing, Pre-Law, and Finance from The University of Akron.
