Ricardo Sousa is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in quality assurance and customer support. Currently serving as Team Lead at ION since September 2020, Ricardo previously held the position of Senior Software QA Analyst at OpenLink Agribusiness Solutions Group from December 2013 to August 2020. Additionally, Ricardo worked as a Quality Assurance Analyst at Research In Motion from April 2010 to August 2012, where key responsibilities included monitoring interactions, providing coaching, and developing training programs. Ricardo possesses a degree in Law and Security, Police Foundations from Conestoga College and has prior education at the University of Waterloo.
