Elodie Miranda

Elodie Miranda currently serves as the Senior Vice President General Manager for Europe and Australia at Iovance Biotherapeutics, Inc., focusing on business innovation in ex-US cell therapy since March 2025. Prior to this role, Elodie held the position of Vice President of Business Development for Cell Therapies at Miltenyi Biotec, overseeing initiatives in Europe, Japan, the Middle East, and Asia Pacific. Following a sabbatical for personal growth and earning an ICF executive coaching certificate, Elodie accumulated over 20 years of experience in the healthcare sector, including various leadership roles at Novartis Oncology, where achievements included leading cross-functional teams and receiving a CEO award for significant cultural and performance enhancements. Early career experience includes brand management at Procter & Gamble for France and Belgium. Elodie also holds a Master's degree in Organizational Leadership from Glasgow Caledonian University and a recent certificate in Artificial Intelligence from MIT Sloan Executive Education.
